Refund And Returns Policy

Dharmsavi believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated/completed the services. Charges and fees that you pay are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by dharmsavi or required by the applicable laws. Under certain laws, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedies for a failure in the provision of the services.
Dharmsavi does not accept cancellation requests after the completion of the service. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the services provided were of non-quality, which will be verified by the dharmsavi team.
In the case of receipt of non-quality services, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the team has checked and determined the same on their end. This should be reported within 2 hours after the completion of the service. In the case of any refunds approved by dharmsavi, it’ll take 5-7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
